Debra Dickson

Director of Administration

Debra Dickson joined the Office of the Federal Coordinator for Alaska Natural Gas Transportation Projects (OFC) in August 2007. She is the Director of Administration and is responsible for oversight of all administrative, human capital, fiscal resource, procurement, IT and facility management matters.

Prior to joining the OFC, Dickson held various positions in the legal support, administrative, and office management arenas. She spent 18 years on active duty with the U.S. Air Force as a paralegal and law office manager in the Judge Advocate General Corps. She has held positions as a law office manager and ethics advisor in the Air Force Real Property Agency, Office of Chief Counsel; U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service, Office of General Counsel; and the U.S. Department of Treasury, Financial Management Service, Office of Chief Counsel.

Dickson holds a B.S. degree in Organizational Leadership from National Louis University, a B.S. degree in Paralegal Studies from the University of Maryland, and an M.A. degree in Communications from Regent University. She currently is pursuing a PhD in Public Policy and Administration from Walden University.

Dickson is married to Reginald Dickson and they have two children, Reg Jr. a private in the U.S. Army and Desiree, a student at Towson University.
