Cassandra Tate joined the Office of the Federal Coordinator for Alaska Natural Gas Transportation Projects (OFC) in August 2009, and is the OFC’s staff assistant providing administrative and clerical support to the agency.

Tate’s professional experience prior to joining the OFC crosses both the federal and nonprofit sectors. She has served in various capacities including as administrative officer with the Department of the Air Force where she acted as assistant to the Chief of the Executive Services Division of the Air Force Real Property Agency. She has served as administrative assistant, personnel staffing technician, military personnel clerk, and clerk typist with the U.S. Department of the Navy. Most recently, Cassandra served as an executive assistant to the Senior Minister of a large religious organization in the Washington DC metropolitan area.

She has completed course work in administrative technology and has attained Bachelor of Theology and Master of Ministry degrees from Richmond Virginia Seminary. She currently is pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree from Virginia University of Lynchburg.
