Bill White serves as researcher/writer. He joined the Office of the Federal Coordinator for Alaska Natural Gas Transportation Projects [OFC] in March 2011.  His focus is researching and writing about a wide range of topics related to the natural gas industry and the North Slope natural gas pipeline in particular, with a goal of helping the public and policy makers better understand the dynamics and issues involved.
